International Manufacturer has full-time, immediate openings for 1st and 2nd shift manufacturing personnel in their Arden location. Electrical and wiring experience required. Heavy lifting required. Must pass a math test and have a GED or high school diploma. Overtime required with Saturdays and some Sundays. $13.50-$14.00/hour depending on shift. Must have wiring experience. Warehouse Clerk

IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for 1st & 2nd shift warehouse/order picking. Basic math skills, not afraid of heights, and organized. Able to work overtime and weekends. Drug test and background check required.

Overall Description:

Operators main focus is to ensure that the product being produced meets customer requirements as listed on the Production Report by setting up the machine correctly. Team work, multi-tasking, accuracy and a sense of urgency are required daily to ensure orders are produced and packed correctly.

Essential Functions:

Production:

Must review and understand the production paperwork for every order.

Must understand and follow all line clearance and startup procedures.

Ensures that all the paperwork filled out correctly.

Records downtime and production for each shift.

Any other paperwork that may be required.

Set up machine to ensure requirements are met.

Greasing/cleaning of the machine.

Other duties as needed.

Teamwork–work with the packer to ensure product is running correctly throughout the production run.

Communicates with packer appropriately when things aren’t right.

Check package count throughout the shift to ensure correct count.

Check wiper sizes through out the shift to ensure it meets requirements.

Work areas must be cleaned and organized for the next shift.

Quality:

Responsible for the quality of all material run.

Quality checks through out the shift to ensure wipes are meeting requirements.

Safety:

Keep machine/work area clean and organized at all times to prevent accidents.

When machine goes down or waiting for some reason, always clean and organize the work areas.

Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Check package count throughout the shift to ensure correct count
Ensures correct number of packages are packed in each box
Weigh boxes when necessary to ensure consistency
Keeps track of the number of cases produced during the shift
Put labels on boxes correctly
Work areas must be cleaned and organized for the next shift
Load pallet correctly-according to requirements on Production Report
Quality:

With the Operator, responsible for the quality of all material run, therefore inspect all the packs before putting them into a box.

Responsible for putting the correct count of packs into the box

Check the label information and box printer to make sure it is correct.

Safety:
